6 River Systems (6RS) is a Boston based company founded by former Kiva Systems (now Amazon Robotics) and Mimio executives. Their fulfillment automation solution fuses collaborative mobile robots (Chuck) with a modern cloud-based software to provide operators an end-to-end user experience. The 6RS solution is the first solution in the world to utilize a directed zone-based picking and replenishment workflow, with Chuck leading the associate through his/her work. 6RS has successfully deployed this solution at leading 3PLs and retailers, helping them realize increases of 2-3x pick and replenishment rates in as little as 5 days.
