Family Health Network (FHN) began in 1995. We had an important goal. It was to bring quality health insurance to people who need it the most. FHN is a not-for-profit provider sponsored HMO. It is directed by local health care providers. We serve people living in the Chicago area. This includes Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kankakee, Lake and Will Counties.
