Today it includes effective utilization of ecommerce systems, order management strategy, integration with existing retail systems – all to deliver the best possible experience for consumers. We started by creating custom software for each client and quickly realized that we were solving the same business challenges each time. So we decided to design a robust and scalable ecommerce software-as-a-service platform that would power all future clients and support their evolving needs.
