Fowler Products Company, founded in 1952 by the Fowler family in Athens, Georgia, opened for business refurbishing packaging machinery; primarily filling machines for the carbonated beverage industry. In 1970, Fowler obtained exclusive value-add distribution rights to the Andre Zalkin & CIE bottle capping machinery in the United States and the Caribbean basin. Over the course of the relationship, Fowler has gained an equity partnership position with Zalkin and has been licensed to manufacture to Zalkin specifications in our Athens, GA facility. All electrical and electronic work is done on-site by Fowler Products personnel as well as CNC manufacturing of bottle handling parts.
