Alan Singer, who joined SquareTwo Financial in 2001 and has practiced law for more than 25 years in all facets of consumer and commercial finance, will oversee all of the company’s legal efforts. Alan is a highly qualified attorney with a strong background in regulatory matters, litigation management, and client negotiations. Singer joined SquareTwo Financial in 2001, serving as associate general counsel. Previously, he worked for 12 years for ING Security Life Company in several positions of increasing responsibility leading to vice president of regulatory compliance and customer relations.Singer earned his juris doctor from the University of Denver College of Law and an undergraduate degree from Queens College, CUNY.
