At the Alliance for Positive Health, we work with those who face barriers to accessing health care and social services and strive to reduce health disparities. Our clients` diagnoses are often complicated by stigma, addiction, poverty, homelessness, incarceration or mental illness – and these are the factors which also place them at risk infection with HIV, Hepatitis C and other Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
