About the Person

Previously Allison S. Cook an associate, Cook provides strategic legal counsel to her clients through a keen understanding of their complicated business needs in the firm’s Business Representation practice. Cook’s legal practice focuses on general corporate matters, including complex business transactions, commercial contract negotiation, business formation and structuring, intellectual property licensing and protection, employment and incentive compensation. Cook has worked as outside general counsel to a number of clients across various industries with an emphasis on technology companies. Cook is a member of the Small Firm Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Intellectual Property and Corporate Counsel Sections of the Georgia Bar Association. She received her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, cum laude, and a B. S. degree in Economics with Finance Applications from Southern Methodist University.
