The Department of Energy, Office of Environmental Management Minority Serving Institutions Partnership Program (DOE EM MSIPP) takes a comprehensive approach to building a diverse and well-trained future workforce to take the next step toward completion of the EM mission. EM MSIPP is made up of seven components that offer a range of opportunities for students at Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) across the country.
