About the Person

Amy W. Schulman served as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Pfizer Inc. from December 2010 to December 31, 2013 and June 23, 2008 respectively and served as its Business Unit Lead of Consumer Healthcare. Ms. Schulman served as the President and General Manager of Nutrition at Pfizer Inc. since December 2010. She served as an Executive Vice President and Business Unit Lead of Pfizer Nutrition at Pfizer Inc. since December 2010, Corporate Secretary since July 2008. Ms. Schulman served as Senior Vice President of Pfizer Inc. from June 23, 2008 to December 2010. Ms. Schulman was a Partner and Co-Leader of DLA Piper LLP's mass tort/class action practice since 1997, where she handled some of the most complicated legal, scientific and regulatory issues facing the world's most respected companies, including Pfizer. While at DLA Piper, Ms. Schulman served as the Lead National Counsel in the multi-district litigation involving Bextra and Celebrex. She has been Director of Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc since July 1, 2014. She serves as a Trustee of Brooklyn Academy of Music Inc. She served as a Director of Zoetis Inc. from July 2012 to June 2013. Ms. Schulman is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Wesleyan University in 1982, where she has double majored with honors in Philosophy and English. She earned her J.D. from Yale University Law School in 1989.
