In 1945, Eric Hogan founded our company to build homes for returning World War II soldiers. Shortly after, the company’s focus shifted to commercial construction with being the low bid on a local school project—and we have never looked back. Through the years Hogan hasn’t lost sight of what matters: helping the client get the best value in contractor services. Our service methods haven’t changed, although our tools and technology have. Our firm was formally established as Hogan & Associates Construction in 1995 (until then we were known as Hogan & Tingey) and we have become one of the Intermountain West’s premier construction companies. We have a term for how we do business. It’s “The Hogan Way.” It’s keeping promises and doing business with a handshake. It is making decisions as Eric would have. By working with that ideal in mind, Hogan & Associates Construction is prepared to build for another sixty years and beyond.
