Chartered by the state in 1990, we are a mutual workers` compensation insurance carrier with over 12,000 policyholders and 60% of the workers` compensation insurance market - serving both the competitive and residual markets. We are financially secure with approximately $400M in admitted assets and we return excess surplus to our policyholders in the form of lower premiums and/or dividends.
