Located at the Crossroads of Southeast Iowa, HCHC is a 74-bed facility, featuring 25 acute care beds, along with our 49 bed long-term care facility, Park Place. P/SL now has the largest bone marrow transplant center in the region, The Colorado Blood Cancer Institute (CBCI). CBCI is nationally recognized for the clinical expertise and research of its eight physicians who have more than 140 years of cumulative experience. In 2013, CBCI performed more than 250 bone marrow transplants.
