Since its founding in 1875, Indiana University of Pennsylvania has progressed and evolved to match the changing needs of those it serves. The Office of General Counsel provides legal advice and representation to the Board of Trustees, the President and other administrators in their capacity as agents conducting University business. The attorneys in the office do not provide legal services to faculty, staff or students in their personal matters.
