Our family here started with our founders – Marine and Stephanie and their husbands too (#Teamwork). Little by little we grew into a family of 25, joining us from places all over world. And today, our home is in the sunshine state in beautiful Coral Gables, FL - just a few minutes outside of Miami. Not a bad place to call home, right? From day 1, the mission of our founders has been to make eating fruits easier. So we started digging. Did you know that when you ask U.S. consumers which snack they prefer most, fruit is the #1 choice? But in actuality, fruit is the #5 most eaten snack. In fact, 1 out of every 2 Moms in the U.S. doesn`t think her family is eating enough fruit. So what`s stopping us from eating more of the fruit we want?
BFY Holdings is comprised of Medora Snacks, LLC, which was founded in 2008 and is based in Middletown, NY, and Ideal Snacks Holding Corporation, which was founded in 1997 and is based in Liberty, NY. Medora’s primary brand, PopCorners®, is a high growth, better-for-you popped corn snack with a strong track record in the club and grocery segments within the U.S. and Canada and a presence in over 50 countries worldwide. Medora currently offers PopCorners®, PopCorners Whole Grain®, PopCrinkles®, and popped bean chips, and has a number of new products under development. Ideal is a contract manufacturer that produces popped snacks for branded CPG and retail customers.
