Groomstop is a Dallas, TX-based company in the Travel, Recreation and Leisure sector.
Viking Cruises offers both river cruises and ocean cruises through two product lines, Viking River Cruises and Viking Ocean Cruises. A global corporation headquartered in the United States with main operational headquarters in Basel, Switzerland, the company was established in 1997 by a Scandinavian and Dutch consortium led by Torstein Hagen. Initially the company purchased four Russian ships and provided a Russian river-cruise product to Europeans. The following year the company purchased additional ships and continued to cater to the European market. In 2000, the company expanded into the American market, establishing U.S. headquarters as Viking River Cruises in Los Angeles, California. Through rapid expansion, the purchase of KD River Cruise lines, and unprecedented new builds, the river cruise division grew to be the world`s largest river cruise line, and currently offers cruises along the rivers of Europe, Russia, China, Southeast Asia and Egypt. In May 2013, the company announced the launch of a new small-ship ocean cruising division, Viking Ocean Cruises, which began with the maiden season of Viking Star in spring of 2015, and features Baltic and Mediterranean itineraries. In 2016 and 2017, Viking Star will be joined by two equally elegant sister ships, Viking Sea and Viking Sky.

The Voyages of Discovery business was established in 1994 to supply educational cruises to school children. In 1997 the business was acquired by All Leisure Group and adult cruises were introduced. From 1997 to 2001 the Group operated the Voyages of Discovery business as a supplier of cruises around the eastern Mediterranean and Red Sea, for both school children and adults. In 2001 the Group risk began offering cruises around Northern Europe and Scandinavia. During summer 2002, the Group operated these tours through the short term hire (generally of up to a seven week period in each case) of different cruise ships. In late 2002 the Group signed a five year lease for Discovery for use during the summer season of May to November commencing May 2003. In May 2005, as a result of the owner having received an offer to purchase the ship from a third party, the Group completed the acquisition of Discovery. The acquisition included the winter cruise business that the previous owners of Discovery had been operating and included a sales office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The Swan Hellenic brand was added to the Group in July 2007 and in November of the same year the charter of mv Minerva began. The Group continued to grow with the acquisition of the Hebridean Princess in April of 2009 and followed by mv Alexander von Humbolt in November 2009. The AVH was renamed in December 2012 and now sails as mv Voyager entering service with Voyages of Discovery. May 2012 saw the further acquisition by All Leisure of the holiday company Page and Moy. The Company, through its subsidiary All Leisure Holidays, now has six main business divisions: Voyages of Discovery, Swan Hellenic, Discover Egypt, Travelsphere, Just You and Hebridean Island Cruises.
