The CDR operating group provides the following services: industrial cleaning, environmental remediation, heavy civil site services, demolition, dismantlement, abatement, emergency response, restoration, waste management and other specialty environmental services. CDR operating companies include: K2 Industrial, Brad Cole Construction, Mavo Systems, Hudspeth, National Environmental Group, Northwest Demolition & Dismantlement and AIS Response Services. AIS`s EIP operating group provides the following services: environmental engineering, comprehensive characterization, non-destructive testing, emergency response, inspection, regulatory strategy and professional project services. EIP operating companies include: RSI Entech, EQM, Entech Advantage, Arctic Pipe Inspection, Arctic Testing and HRCS Engineering.
