ASRC Industrial (AIS) is a wholly-owned operating company of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC). AIS was founded in September 2016 with a Vision to become an enduring, value-added services provider focused on the industrial customer. AIS operations are organized across three capabilities-based operating groups: Maintenance, Mechanical and Specialty Services (MMS), Cleaning, Demolition and Remediation Services (CDR), and Engineering, Inspection and Professional Services (EIP). AIS`s MMS operating group provides the following services: insulation, scaffolding, specialty painting and coating, abatement, fireproofing, waterproofing, fabrication, and other specialty services. MMS companies include the following: Petrochem, F.D. Thomas, Mansfield Industrial, Niles Construction Services, D. Zelinsky, Omega, D2 Industrial Services, DACA Specialty Services and US Coatings. The CDR operating group provides the following services: industrial cleaning, environmental remediation, heavy civil site services, demolition, dismantlement, abatement, emergency response, restoration, waste management and other specialty environmental services. CDR operating companies include: K2 Industrial, Brad Cole Construction, Mavo Systems, Hudspeth, National Environmental Group, Northwest Demolition & Dismantlement and AIS Response Services. AIS`s EIP operating group provides the following services: environmental engineering, comprehensive characterization, non-destructive testing, emergency response, inspection, regulatory strategy and professional project services. EIP operating companies include: RSI Entech, EQM, Entech Advantage, Arctic Pipe Inspection, Arctic Testing and HRCS Engineering.
