Charles S. Exon Esq. has been the Chief Administrative Officer of Quiksilver Inc. since February 2008 and has been its Secretary and General Counsel since August 2000. Mr. Exon serves as an Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs and Business at Quiksilver Inc., from August 2000 to February 2008. Previously, Mr. Exon served as an Outside Corporate Counsel for Quiksilver Inc. for over ten years. Prior to joining Quiksilver Inc., Mr. Exon practiced law, the last seven years as a Partner with the firm of Hewitt & McGuire, LLP. He served as an Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs - International of Quiksilver Inc. since August 2000. He served as a Director of Quiksilver Inc. since December 1, 2005 until January 10, 2013. He served as a Director of the Quiksilver Foundation of Quiksilver Inc. He received a B.A. degree in English from the University of Missouri, a M.A. degree in Communications from Stanford and a JD degree from the University of Southern California.
