Haubiel, II, Chuck served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Big Lots Inc. from August 2012 to June 17, 2013 and served as its Executive Vice President from March 2010 to June 17, 2013. Mr. Haubiel served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Big Lots Inc. from July 2000 to June 17, 2013. Mr. Haubiel served as Senior Vice President of Legal and Real Estate at Big Lots Inc. from January 2008 to March 2010. He served as Senior Vice President of Big Lots Inc. since November 22, 2004. Mr. Haubiel served as Vice President of Big Lots from July 2000 to November 2004. He joined Big Lots in 1997 as Senior Staff Counsel and later served as its Director of Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary in 1999. Mr. Haubiel practiced law with the law firm of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University, and a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University College of Law.
