As Choice Bank continued to look for ways to better serve the community and stay competitive in our market, the idea of forming a bank holding company was introduced to our shareholders in 2010. On March 10, 2011, the reorganization of Choice Bank as a wholly owned subsidiary of Choice Bancorp, Inc. was consummated. The formation of Choice Bancorp, Inc. will provide further opportunities to provide the community advantages Choice Bank already exhibits.
