We, the undergraduate students of Fordham University at Rose Hill, establish a representative government to promulgate a unified voice to all partitions and extensions of the University, to promote, protect, and defend the general welfare of the Fordham community in which students are paramount, to provide a forum through which students are called to lead by example whereas they are held accountable to their constituents. We do hereby ordain and establish this Constitution for undergraduate students of our University.

Spalding strikes a distinctive balance while serving the educational needs of both the traditional student and the working adult. The University of Delaware - a state assisted, privately chartered institution - is a Land Grant, Sea Grant, Space Grant and Carnegie Research University (very high research activity). The University, with origins in 1743, was chartered by the State of Delaware in 1833. A Women`s College was opened in 1914, and in 1945 UD became permanently coeducational. The main campus is located in Newark, Delaware, a suburban community of nearly 30,000, situated midway between Philadelphia and Baltimore. Courses are also offered at the Wilmington campus and at other locations throughout the State, including Dover, Georgetown, Milford, and Lewes.

As Memorial University’s presence in the Big Land, the Institute leads projects and programs to expand the Labrador knowledge base. Memorial University’s teaching and learning opportunities extend beyond the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The ability to study in France is closer than imagined. Memorial University’s Programme Frecker provides the opportunity to experience French language and culture on the island of Saint-Pierre off the south coast of Newfoundland. In the United Kingdom, the Harlow Campus, nestled in the quaint town of Old Harlow, Essex, is a unique vantage point from which to study, research, and explore in the European Union. Moreover, Memorial University’s 450 distance education courses make it possible to extend your classroom beyond borders, enabling you to undertake academic exploration anywhere in the world.
