• Recommends appropriate human resource policies to the Board of Directors through the Leadership provided by the CAO
• Communicates with Members of the Compensation & Management Development Committee of the Board
• Partners with leadership team on identification, acquisition, development and deployment of new capabilities
• Establishes current and long-range human resource objectives as well as strategic and annual business plans and policies
• Responsible for all human resource activities related to an active acquisition agenda, including overseeing due diligence and integration policies
• Coaches executives in areas of development including the selection, evaluation and motivation of top management
• Oversees the financial management of human resource function
• Establishes performance metrics for short-term and long-term human resource objectives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Experience at the executive level of a growing complex global company
• Experience in the development and implementation of organizational development and talent management strategies
• Global experience, someone who has supported business outside of North America
• Experience with Compensation Committee & BOD preferred
• Success in delivering customer-focused HR services, including recruiting, compensation and benefits, organizational development, performance management and employment law compliance
