The vision of our strategic plan is "to be the top producer of successful students in the nation" OCPS is a powerful, positive force in the Central Florida economy. It is the second largest employer with over 22,000 employees and provides instruction to almost 175,000 students. Support from Orange County business partners, caring parents and community-minded citizens is evident by their participation: 47,800 registered volunteers who contribute more than 694,000 hours annually 3,500 school-business partnership agreements 38,905 PTA/PTSA members School Advisory Councils composed of community members, parents and school staff. Generous contributions afford many opportunities for our students. Volunteers and partners are always welcome.
Pulaski County is a county in the U.S. state of Arkansas with a population of 391,284, making it the most populous county in Arkansas. Its county seat is Little Rock,[2] which is also Arkansas`s capital and largest city. Pulaski County is Arkansas`s fifth county, formed on December 15, 1818, alongside Clark and Hempstead counties. The county is named for Count Casimir Pulaski, a Polish volunteer who saved George Washington`s life during the American Revolutionary War.
London is a Canadian city in southwestern Ontario, just north of Lake Erie and the U.S. border. It`s home to the University of Western Ontario. Among the city`s range of museums are Museum London, a showcase for regional art and historical artefacts, and the interactive Children`s Museum. The city centre features numerous parks and greenways along the Thames River.
Spring cleaning provides residents with the opportunity to maintain their property after our long winter. With the snow melted and temperatures beginning to rise, the Development & Planning Services Department is ramping up its efforts to raise awareness of property maintenance concerns that may enhance residents’ and business’ spring cleaning efforts.
In an effort to best serve our residents, visitors, and businesses, the City of Hastings “CORE Values”, were adopted by the City Council on March 15, 2010 to guide everything we do. We value and promote participation and interactions with citizens and staff.
