A four-year coeducational, residential liberal arts college offering bachelor and associate degrees, Mitchell developed its distinct educational approach over 75 years, blending a tradition of mentoring with an expertise in teaching diverse learning styles to create a highly individualized model that benefits all students. Located on a beautiful waterfront campus in historic New London, CT, the College is home to championship NCAA Division III athletics and the Duques Academic Success Center which includes the renowned Bentsen Learning Center. The College offers on-campus career labs such as the Children`s Learning Center at Mitchell College, a preschool serving the local community with a curriculum driven by each child`s unique curiosity.
