Ms. Toussaint served as a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Barnes Group Inc. since April 2010 to March 16, 2012. Ms. Toussaint served as Chief Ethics Officer, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Embarq Corporation from December 2007 to 2009. She served as Vice President of Embarq from 2005 to 2009. She served as a Vice President of Corporate Governance & Ethics at Embarq Corp. Prior to Embarq, Ms. Toussaint served as Vice President, Corporate Governance & Ethics and Corporate Secretary of Sprint Corp., Fon Group since April 11, 2003 and also served as its Assistant Vice President for Law and Corporate Governance. She served as Vice President, Corporate Governance & Ethics and Corporate Secretary of Sprint Corp. (formerly, Sprint Nextel Corp). From 1997 to 2003, she served as an Attorney of Sprint Corporation. She served as an Attorney at the Los Angeles office of firm Morrison & Foerster LLP. She is President of the Kansas City Chapter of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, and was voted one of Kansas City's top women executives in 2008 by Ingram's Magazine. Ms. Toussaint holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a BA in Economics from the University of California in Los Angeles.
