Valley Clean Energy (VCE) is bringing clean energy at competitive rates to residents and businesses in Woodland, Davis, and unincorporated Yolo County in the summer of 2018. As a Community Choice Energy (CCE) Program, VCE provides an alternative to PG&E and gives our member communities a choice in how much of our electricity comes from renewable sources. PG&E will continue to deliver electricity from the grid to your home or business, maintain the power lines, read your meter, and send you a single, consolidated bill, as required by state law. Howard Energy Partners (HEP) is an innovative, growth-oriented midstream provider with assets in the Eagle Ford Shale region of South Texas, as well as in the Marcellus Shale region in Pennsylvania. Additionally, we own more than 100 miles of natural gas gathering pipeline in Lycoming and Bradford counties in Pennsylvania.
