Tarrant County College District, a comprehensive two-year institution established in 1965, is dedicated to providing quality education that exceeds the expectations of the people of Tarrant County. Harris-Stowe State University`s primary mission, as set forth in Senate Bill 153, is to address the higher education needs of the metropolitan St. Louis region.
