Preliminary clinical data from the ongoing Phase 1/2 study demonstrated durable efficacy in reducing the negative impacts of SCD. We are preparing for the launch of our pivotal clinical trial in SCD. Spero is a multi-asset, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts dedicated to identifying, developing and commercializing novel treatments focused on unmet needs of patients with multidrug-resistant (MDR) bacterial infections.
