Real Estate – Invest Newark helps both developers and businesses tap into Newark`s vast development opportunities by assisting with a wide range of services, including site selection, permitting and approvals and gap financing. Business Development and Entrepreneurship– No business is too small for us to help, whether it`s through a loan from our Grow Newark Fund or our Bond Assistance Program for construction industry firms that provides working capital loans, direct bonding assistance and technical assistance. We coordinated the efforts of nearly 1,000 volunteers, who contributed over 64,000 hours of service. Volunteers of America – Minnesota and Wisconsin has nearly 120 years of experience in services for older adults; adults with special needs; children, youth and families; military and veterans; and those re-entering our communities after incarceration. We provide over $40 million in services to more than 23,000 people annually.
