Job Overview:
Reporting to the SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will oversee all elements of Compensation and Benefits across Cantel Medical, directly responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the Total Rewards strategies for the company. The incumbent will partner with senior management to ensure program alignment with the companys business strategy and that delivery of capabilities is sufficient to achieve business success. In addition, this role will have overall responsibility for HR Operations, inclusive of HRIS, HR Reporting, HR Metrics, HR policies and HR transactional services.
Main Responsibilities:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation and Benefits
• Create overall Total Rewards philosophy and strategy, as aligned and supportive key drivers of the business strategy
• Design, develop, implement, and lead Compensation and Benefits strategies and programs which align to Corporate strategies and support business success
• Analyze data, create recommendations, and prepare reports and presentations for Compensation Committee of Board of Directors
• Evaluate programs, keep abreast of legislation, trends, marketplace changes, and advances and make recommendations to ensure competitiveness and compliance in all relevant markets
• Design, analyze and oversee implementation of sales compensation program(s); work in partnership with Sales management
• Partner with CHRO and Chief General Counsel on design, recommendations, analysis and implementation of executive compensation program, including ensuring company meets all regulatory and legal requirements as relates to compensation and benefits
• Continually assess and recommend enhancements and changes to evolve short and long- term incentives including eligibility, amounts, frequency and similar to enable the company to remain competitive
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative and competitive compensation and benefits programs, processes and policies
• Direct preparation and distribution of communications to inform stakeholders of compensation, benefits, and personnel policies, annual planning calendar
• Drive consistent data management processes for storage in HRIS and develop strategic reporting capabilities for HR data-driven decision making
• Identify and partner with appropriate vendors to gain useful resources and tools
• Plan, direct, and supervise work activities of the HR Operations team, inclusive of Comp, Benefits, HRIS, Metrics, Policies and Reporting
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS Degree in Business, Human Resources/Industrial Relations or related field required; Masters degree preferred
• 15+ years progressive experience in HR/Compensation/Benefits specialist and leadership roles with preference for additional experience in HR Operations/systems/policies
• Experience in the Life Sciences – Medical Device industry is desired

• Expertise in design and implementation of Compensation and Benefits programs with strong knowledge of related regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills
• Strong business acumen and project management skills
• Proven experience in building compensation structures and benefits programs across geographies
• Proven track record of effectively influencing and navigating across organizational boundaries and building strong partnerships that produce results
• Experience in presenting to executive management including Board of Directors
