Franklin County is a suburban county of the St. Louis metropolitan area that provides both rural and urban living opportunities for approximately 100,000 residents. Among the 922 square mile area of Franklin County one can still find cattle and row crop farms on the outskirts of its communities. Franklin County also welcomes many visitors during the mild weather months for a variety of attractions.
