CAI is a full-service collection agency headquartered in Defiance, Ohio, with call centers in Toledo, Ohio and Manchester, New Hampshire. CAI has prospered to become one of the leaders in the Collection Industry securing a contract in 2014 with the Department of Education to collect student loan debt. Our approximately 300 well-trained professionals are our biggest asset. Our experienced management team possesses both expert industry knowledge and strong interpersonal skills. CAI has extensive healthcare experience with both first and third-party collections, along with industry accepted technology and proven strategies. We understand the nuances and specialized requirements necessary for regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry. CAI has been collecting student accounts, delinquent direct and private student loans for over 19 years with a client base of over 30 colleges and universities. Our success as a sub-contractor led CAI to be awarded its own PCA under the current debt collection Task Order for the U.S. Department of Education. As a faith-based organization, we feel it is our responsibility to be a good community partner. CAI sets aside funds to partner with other organizations in the community to address social issues.
