Mr. Dan Risku is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for ValueOptions®. Joining our team in 2012 as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Mr. Risku formerly served as Chief Washington Counsel for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. Within this role, he was responsible for developing legal strategy and providing counsel on many key federal and state health care legislative and regulatory matters. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Segment Administration for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. Mr. Risku holds a Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
