About the Company
ITC Holdings is the nation's largest independent electric transmission company. About the Person
Daniel J. Oginsky is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for ITC Holdings Corp. In this role, he is responsible for the legal affairs of the company and oversees ITC's Legal Department, which includes the legal, corporate secretary, real estate, contract administration and corporate compliance functions. Prior to joining ITC, Mr. Oginsky served in private practice in Washington, D.C. and Lansing, Michigan, with a primary focus on energy matters. While in private practice, Mr. Oginsky advised and advocated for clients on regulatory, administrative litigation, legislative, transactional, property tax and other matters. Mr. Oginsky earned his Juris Doctorate degree from George Washington University and his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Washington, D.C. Bar, and serves on the Board of Visitors for James Madison College at Michigan State University and is a member of the Providence Health Foundation Board of Trustees, and is a member of the advisory Board of Directors of Belle Tire, Inc.
