About the Person

Daniel E. Stevenson has served as our General Counsel and Secretary since February 2014, and as our Associate General Counsel and Vice President from June 2010 to February 2014. Prior to joining Fusion-io, Mr. Stevenson served as General Counsel, Senior Vice President and Secretary of a privately held, venture-backed company. Mr. Stevenson was a corporate and technology transactions attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. before becoming an in-house advisor. Mr. Stevenson holds a B.A. in Spanish and a J.D. from Brigham Young University.
