The Texas Water Development Board`s (TWDB) mission is to provide leadership, information, education, and support for planning, financial assistance, and outreach for the conservation and responsible development of water for Texas. The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) mission is to preserve and improve the health status of all Californians.
