About the Person
Prior tio promotion, Stockfish serve as assistant general counsel and his practice includes corporate governance, securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters. Before joining Weyerhaeuser, Devin Stockfish was vice president & associate general counsel at Univar Inc. where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law. Prior to Univar, he was an attorney in the securities & corporate law group at Starbucks Corporation and practiced corporate law at K&L Gates LLP. He received a Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado.
