Anchor Brewing Company is an American alcoholic beverage producer, operating a brewery and distillery on Potrero Hill in San Francisco, California. The brewery was founded in 1896 and was purchased by Frederick Louis Maytag III in 1965, saving it from closure. It moved to its current location in 1979.
We are in Driggs, Idaho; on the west side of the Tetons, across Teton Pass from Jackson Hole right on Highway 33. Highway 33 is part of the Yellowstone-Teton Scenic Loop; one of the 10 most scenic drives in the West, according to National Geographic. The Distillery sits at the foothills to the Tetons, which get 500-800 inches of snow per year. The snow-melt provides an abundance of pristine mountain water used in proofing our spirits.
