The North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD) is a public educational institution established in 1965, dedicated to fostering growth and development for students and employees. It includes two prominent colleges, Cypress College and Fullerton College, along with North Orange Continuing Education (NOCE), which offers extensive continuing education programs.
