Harry Paul Weitzel, also known as Hap, has been Senior Vice President and Secretary of Enterprise Products Holdings LLC, General Partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. since January 5, 2015 and has been its General Counsel since April 2016. Mr. Weitzel is responsible for all legal functions of the Company, including securities, litigation, employment, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. Prior to joining Enterprise, he was a commercial litigation partner with Pepper Hamilton LLP in Irvine, California from October 2009 to December 2014. Mr. Weitzel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University and JD from Harvard Law School.
