We are a unique organization. As the largest of the 12 Federal Reserve Districts we`re a significant part of the central bank of the United States, although we`re not a government institution. Among other responsibilities, we help establish monetary policy for the United States and we supervise banking institutions to ensure their stability and compliance with regulations.
