Family Health Network (FHN) began in 1995. We had an important goal. It was to bring quality health insurance to people who need it the most. FHN is a not-for-profit provider sponsored HMO. We serve our members with great providers and hospitals. We also offer special centers for mental health and children`s health. FHN is successful because we give our members quality care.
