Daiya Foods was founded in Vancouver, Canada in 2008 out of a love for good food and a commitment to healthy living. In 1855, New Orleans own Christopher Henry Miller turned his pastry chef experience into the Miller Candy Corporation. His son-in-law, Augustus Elmer, eventually joined him.
