The Company manufactures PV solar cells, designs and produces PV modules for a variety of applications, such as standard panels for solar power stations, roof panels, solar arrays, and modules incorporated directly into exterior walls. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2007, the Company established its manufacturing facility in Shanghai.
