About the Person
Gary Lloyd brings more than 25 years of experience and an extensive background in commercial agreements, corporate governance, complex litigation and risk management. Previously, Gary has served as General Counsel for several public technology companies including Informix Corporation, and has represented public companies and their officers, directors and employees while in private practice with Farella, Braun + Martel LLP. In addition, Gary gained valuable compliance experience as Assistant Director for the Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement, in Washington, D.C. Gary holds a JD degree from Case Western Reserve University and is a member of the California Bar Association.
