Visiting Nurse Health System is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people successfully manage their health and recover from illness in the comfort of their own home. Our nurses, therapists and other professionals give patients quality one-on-one care, helping them maintain their independence and, whenever possible, avoid hospital stays. When patients are terminally ill, we know they and their families need a special kind of care, whether it is at home or at the Hospice Atlanta Center in Buckhead.
