The South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority is a non-profit public corporation. We own land in Beacon Falls, Guilford, Killingworth, Madison, and Prospect. The Regional Water Authority owns more than 27,000-acres of land and provides a wide array of recreational and educational opportunities and water-related services to those in our water district. Youth Success (13-18) Ensure that children are graduating form high school with the skills necessary to pursue post-secondary education or vocational training. Financial Stability (18+) Ensure adults achieve long-term financial stability by developing the skills and opportunities to obtain family sustaining employment.
