Thin film SOFC is a promising technology that provides solutions to cost and reliability challenges of fuel cells today. SiEnergy was established in 2007 by Allied Minds and Harvard University. After 3 years of research activity in Shriram Ramanathan’s lab at Harvard University, the company moved to an independent location in Cambridge, MA for further commercialization of the technology.
