Goodnight Midstream provides midstream saltwater disposal infrastructure to oil and gas producers. We own and operate an extensive network of water gathering pipelines and saltwater disposal wells in the leading oil shale fields in the United States, with a strategic focus on providing infrastructure in the Bakken Formation, the Permian Basin, the Eagle Ford Shale, and the Powder River Basin.
