The 2016 Democratic Convention will be held at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia July 25th-28th, 2016. Working in partnership with the Philadelphia Host Committee, the City of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, our goal is to make this the most engaging, innovative and forward looking convention in history. The 2016 Democratic convention will leverage technology to bring the convention experience well beyond the hall in an effort to engage more Americans than ever before in the event. With the birthplace of American Democracy as a backdrop, the 2016 convention in Philadelphia will highlight our shared Democratic values and help put the Democratic nominee on a path to victory.
TASC, Inc. is a statewide, nonprofit organization in Illinois that advocates for and serves people in courts, jails, prisons, and child welfare systems who have alcohol/drug and mental health problems.
Ottawa Community Housing (OCH) provides approximately 15,000 homes to over 32,000 tenants, including seniors, parents, children, couples, singles and persons with special needs, within many communities across the City of Ottawa. OCH houses a diverse population of varying languages, ethnicity and cultures. OCH is the largest social housing provider in Ottawa, managing two-thirds of the City`s social housing portfolio, and is the second largest in Ontario.
The Lincoln Trail ADD is designed to be the focal point of a necessary Federal-State-Local partnership for improvement of the quality of life in the Commonwealth.
Whitefoord was founded in 1995 by Dr. George W. Brumley and his former student, Dr. Veda Johnson, to address the health and educational needs of the children and families of the surrounding school district. Today, Whitefoord serves more than 2500 families and children in Southeast Atlanta through its Federally-Qualified Community Health Center and its partnership with Atlanta Public Schools around early care and education. Whitefoord operates three school-based health center clinics and a family medical center where they specialize in pediatrics, family medicine, dental and behavioral health. Whitefoord also operates a NAEYC-accredited early care and education program for children 6 weeks through 5 years old. Whitefoord has served as a safety-net and support system for some of our city`s most underserved children and families in the greater Edgewood community for more than a quarter of a century.
