Since its foundation in 1922, the Port of Olympia has served as an economic catalyst for the Thurston County Port District. It is a municipal corporation, governed by three elected commissioners who set policies and objectives. The Oceano Community Services District (OCSD) is a multi-service special district located on the beautiful central coast of California. The OCSD provides approximately 7,600 residents and businesses, located in Oceano and Halcyon, with fire protection, sewer & water services, and street lighting.
